Laptop does not turn on, weird sound (and many other issues.

HP Recommended
HP Envy laptop Model17t-ce000
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have this laptop since July 2019. I never returned it because I just couldn’t simply because I am a college student highly involved with work, clubs, school and other things that requires my pc very often. I take care of my computer very well with softwares that protects it from malwares and such. 

there are many things that I tolerated: 

Battery would last for about 5 hours straight then dead.

Spotify and YouTube audio would still play even though I closed my computer

pixelization of the screen would happen here and there.

Recently, there’s been a ringing noise under my computer (vents) .

but as of right now, the right side of the laptop where the charging hole is located, is currently lit up white, but my laptop is not turning on. I connect it with the charger and still does not turn on and it’s been hours. This is the ultimatum with this computer, I’m super saddened. I never dropped it, never accessed phishing and malware kind of websites or emails. Please help me

Sorry, but we have no way of accessing or diagnosing issues with your laptop from here.

 

To determine the cause with hardware failures, you have to be able run diagnostics. We have no way of accessing your PC from here, so we can not do that for you. You have to do it yourself. You do this by pressing the Esc key repeatedly when rebooting and then, when the HP Startup Menu appears, selecting Diagnostics (usually F2) and letting it run.

But if it is NOT possible to run diagnostics, then there is NOTHING more you can do by yourself -- and there is NOTHING we can do.

You will need to have the PC physically examined in a service facility by folks that can run their own diagnostics to determine what is wrong with it. And the problem with that is, while HP does do repair work of some sorts on PCs still under warranty, they generally do NOT do repair work on PCs out of warranty because they are not a general purpose repair facility. You would have to contact them in advance to see (1) if they are willing to work on it, and (2) if they will provide you any kind of repair cost estimate.
