Hello,

 

My laptop doesn't turn on after pressing power button. i have to connect it to charger first and then it turns on. i have check and the battery is also almost full.

its been only a month since i have purchased this laptop and is giving me issue. its happening daily once a day now. Also i have raised this issue to support team and recieved a case no for it [Personal Information Removed]but its been days and no one has reached out to me regarding the issue. Really disappointed! Please fix this.
