Have you run any Diagnostics during all of this? Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.

Ok so I change a start up setting and my laptop turn on an I was able to use it for a couple of minutes before a system thread exception not handled stop code appeared and now when it boots up it loads with the dots spinning and they freeze the whole screen.

Ok so I change a start up setting and disabled automatic restart on system failure and my laptop turn on an I was able to use it for a couple of minutes before a system thread exception not handled stop code appeared and now when it boots up it loads with the dots spinning and they freeze the whole screen. Then after turning it off and on again I have to repeat this process to be able to use it. Any solutions?

I believe your hard drive is failing and will have to be replaced. That is why I hoped you could get into System Diagnostics to test it.

If Diagnostics reports memory check failure -you have a bad stick of memory.
If it reports DST failure - you have a bad hard drive.
