Greetings,
I am looking to get help as soon as possible. My notebook computer has exploded and caught on fire. The battery is completely exploded and hanging out the bottom of the laptop now. How do I get in touch with an actual human at HP to navigate this issue?

I understand you are facing a hardware issue with your HP Notebook 15-Dy1071wm. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
The PC needs to be sent to HP Service Centre to get it repaired, I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action.
