Most likely, the PC is experiencing a major hardware failure -- this is especially true if the CapsLock key is blinking.
To find out the problem, you would need to run hardware diagnostics by pressing the Esc key repeatedly and then, when the HP Startup Menu appears, select Diagnostics (usually F2) and let it run.
If you can not do that, or if that does not work, then there is NOTHING more you can do by yourself -- and there is NOTHING we can do because we have no way of accessing your PC from here to run diagnostics or repair hardware.
You will need to have the PC physically examined in a service facility by folks that can run their own diagnostics to determine what is wrong with it.
Since your PC is no longer under warranty, then it will cost you up front to have HP examine your PC. If you want to do that, you will have to contact an HP Repair or Service Center to see if they can examine the PC to determine the cause(s) of the problems, if it can be repaired, and an estimate of the repair costs.

Hello, you can try to make an hardware reset. For this you need to unplug your AC adapter, and your PC's battery if removable, and press during 30 seconds Power button with any power.
After replug PC's battery and AC adapter and tell me color of the LED alongside AC connector (on your PC).

I tried this but nothing happened. Actually there is no light on charging section. That's why I confused that why the laptop is not charging. There is no fan noise. It's like dead laptop.
Kindly help me to understand this.

There are two different suggestions here:
1) run diagnostics to find out if there are hardware issues
2) run a hardware reset
Which one of these did you try -- you didn't tell us.

If you make the hardware reset without reinserted the battery you have the same results?
@WAWood It is not possible to execute an hardware diagnostic with F2 key if this computer don't power on..

@Sanjay34 So your computer has probably a major issue with integrated power supply or motherboard..

Yes as you suggested I disconnected the ac adapter and then removed laptop battery and then pressed power button for 40-45 sec and then reinstalled battery and connected ac adapter and tried to power on but nothing happened.
