How do I find the  instructions for the F.26 BIOS Update, my laptop fan keeps running and loud.

I do not know if Karen will see this post since it came under my question. Maybe you should start a new one. I am not too knowledgeable to give you advice, but it you read the thread you will see that it was recommended to clean the vents with an air can. I have not done it yet, but will do it. As far as the BIOS, I went through the support section having HP identify my product and then I checked to see which drives updates were available since I knew that mine was the 2013 original.
