Hello Everyone,

 

I am facing an issue in my notebook. Issue is that my laptop model is not listed in HP Cloud Recovery Tool list. Earlier it was listed there but now it's not showing. My Laptop is HP 15s du1079tx. I bought this laptop in Oct 2020 and the same was launched in Sept-Oct 2020 in India. 

 

Why it's not listed in Cloud Recovery Client? Please help me.

You mentioned you are running Windows 11 -- but I'm presuming your laptop actually came with Windows 10. Is that correct?

 

If so, the Cloud Recovery will no longer do you any good because it would restore Windows 10, not Windows 11.

Yes It came with Windows 10 2004 preinstalled and I have upgraded it to Windows 11. I also know that recovery would recover it to windows 10 . It's ok. I want to know why it's not showing lapotp in list?
