Could you please elaborate on what's happening with your printer? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it! 

 

  • What do you see on the screen when you try to log in? Is it just a blank screen or does it show anything like a login prompt, desktop, or error message?
  • Is there any kind of error message (like a blue screen or a pop-up message)?
  • Are you able to type anything in the login box, or does it seem like the system is unresponsive?
  • How far does it get in the login process? Does it freeze or restart after a certain point?
