@Huzaifa782, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your HP Victus laptop. Let's try to troubleshoot these problems step by step.

1. Apps Not Launching

  • Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve many issues. If your laptop doesn't allow you to restart, try holding down the power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a shutdown.
  • Check for Updates: Ensure your Windows and all drivers are up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
  • Run a System File Check: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow to check for and repair any corrupted system files.

2. Quick Heal Not Working

  • Reinstall Quick Heal: Uninstall Quick Heal from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, then reinstall it from the official website.
  • Check for Conflicts: Ensure no other antivirus software is running that might conflict with Quick Heal.

3. WiFi Connection Issues

  • Restart Your Router: Sometimes the issue might be with the router. Restart it and see if the connection improves.
  • Update WiFi Drivers: Go to Device Manager > Network adapters, right-click on your WiFi adapter, and select Update driver.
  • Run Network Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status and run the network troubleshooter.

4. Restart Issues

  • Perform a Hard Reset: Disconnect all external devices, remove the battery (if possible), and hold the power button for 15-30 seconds. Reconnect the battery and power on the laptop.
  • Check for Overheating: Ensure your laptop is not overheating. Clean the vents and consider using a cooling pad.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
