@Tyubnm, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Pavilion x360 Convertible PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible PC is showing a blank screen and does not bring up the Windows setup or sign-in screen, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the computer.
  • Disconnect the AC adapter.
  • Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.
  • Disconnect all nonessential devices such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and USB flash drives.
  • With the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 20 seconds.
  • Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.

Test for Hardware Failures:

  • Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
  • Turn on the computer and immediately press esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the f2 key.
  • On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
  • Click Fast Test > Run once. If no system component fails, run the Extensive Test.

Reset the Computer if Windows Does Not Start Normally:

  • Choose a method to open Windows Recovery Environment:
    • Restart your computer, and then immediately press the f11 key repeatedly.
    • Click Start, hold the shift key, click Power, then select Restart while holding the shift key. Continue holding the shift key while the computer restarts.
  • On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.
  • On the Troubleshoot screen, select Reset this PC.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your computer. This might take a few minutes.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
