Laptop keeps resetting every time I turn the laptop on

Hi there,

In the last month or so, every time I turn my laptop on; it reverts to its original settings (almost). All the apps and programs I have downloaded are still present but downloads and files etc are not. Any personalisation preferences have reverted to the original windows stock image and all my default browsers have reset. Nothing saves itself and it’s quite difficult to open up applications.  All accounts get signed out of every time. No messages or faults flag up before this happens and nothing flags up on troubleshoot. 

any ideas of what is going on and how I can fix it ?

Unfortunately, this is not a new issue with Win10 Windows Updates.
