HP Notebook - 14s-cr0011tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop kept restarting when I tried to sign in and the sign in option didn't have a box  so I did a full reset where I cleaned all drivers and everything through the system recovery page and after the reset, after I setup the language and wifi it says just a moment and keeps restarting and keeps asking language and region again and again. SORRY IF THIS ISNT CLEAR

Also I'm trying to uninstall updates and go to cmd through f11 system recovery page and it says account defaultuser0 and idk the password for that and I can't find it cause my laptop doesn't open.. update: when i open the laptop in safe mode it works well but when I disable safe mode it has the same issue where after choosing language it's stuck at just a moment

@A1pha

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

Use the following steps to open the System Tests menu.

  • 1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
  • 2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
  • 3. On the main menu, click System Tests.
  • 4. The System Tests menu displays. Use the following tests to check for hardware failures.

You cannot use your computer during the test. This test takes 3 to 5 minutes or more to complete, depending on the system configuration. You can cancel at any time by pressing the Escape key (Esc).

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
