My laptop keeps shutting down on its own without warning. I have removed the battery and it still does the same. Please advise, thank you

Hello @Deedee777

 

It would help if you tell us the full model number or product number of your laptop.

Its either on the bottom side or if the battery is removable, look inside the battery compartment.

 

I would make sure you don't have a hardware issue first.

If your machine has UEFI Diagnostics, run the Quick test first, if no errors are found, run the Extensive test.

Rapidly tap the F2 key when you first power on the laptop. Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
