HPSA version 9.5.262.0 just became available.  I installed this update and it appears to have fixed the incessant "need to restart".

Where do I find the HPSA version?  I have installed updates manually for drivers, updated windows and restarted countless times so this appears to be the only option left - but I can't seem to find the version info.   If I need to update where will I find the HPSA update?

You can check the HP support assistant version by clicking on About option which is on the top right corner. 

And you can check for the update by clicking on check for the latest version on HP support assistant.

The image you posted must be for an earlier version of Windows.  In Windows 10 you can go to this site:

Also, I do not see an "accept as solution" link.
