I've tried using a different adapter, changing power plan settings but still lags intolerably. Although it works perfectly fine on battery.

(2) Reboot
(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !
(4) Follow instructions on next post

(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>
--->>> Perform <Extensive Tests>
--->>> Perform Component tests <AC Adapter / Battery>
(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take screenshots )
