Hello!

 

I've been having problems recently with my notebook, everytime I try to turn it on it doesn't boot into windows (basically a BIOS problem) I tried everything I could: a BIOS recovery with and without the USB making sure to follow every step. It's not a display problem either, hooked it up to a external monitor to no avail...I tried to see if it was a CMOS problem...Turns out it wasn't 😔 RAM was good cause I did as instructed to and took out and put back in the RAM with no results....  I do want to note that the last time this happened I was able to fix the problem with BIOS recovery through the hard drive. No beeps or blinking just the fan is heard and the power button and the network button is lit. I really hope this problem can be resolved and thank you for taking my issue into account

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
