i also can use bios(f10) and advanced startup screen(esc) but whenever i try to run anything but bios(f10) the screen freezes and wont go away until i close my laptop.I tried using a windows 11 recovery disk and rebooting using a w11 usb but those two dont work either,pc basically freezes right before the "hp victus" screen and i cant do anything about it i tried everything

Hi @Devlet1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're having trouble with your PC. The display appears blurry, and images are faintly visible. Additionally, you mentioned that you can access the BIOS page but experience screen freezing. Sorry to hear about the issue. Let me help you troubleshoot this.

Let's try a BIOS restore on the device first, and let me know if this helps. If not, we can try advanced troubleshooting steps.

BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the  charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
