Whenever I’m turning on my laptop it is asking for sign in and is not moving ahead of that sign in page (the photo has been attached) . This issue rosed just after window upgrade. I’ve tried all steps troubleshooting, repair options , boot, system repair etc but failed to fix.

Hello Rachit11,

I will help you.

First check your installed HDD.

Follow this guide

HP Desktop PCs - Testing the hard drive using SMART

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3894103-3152626-16

( Equally applicable to notebooks, because it's all about the hard drive )

What is the result of "SMART Short Self-Test: Runs a short self-test on the hard drive." ?

Please report your results.

best regards
