I have not been using my laptop since lockdown beagan 3-4 months ago. Now when i try to turn it on , it doesn't open. I have tried removing the battery and hold the power button for 1 min and then plug it on , but it doesn't open. Can you help me asap , PLEASE.

Sorry, but we here are NOT HP Tech Support and have no way to walk you through performing any repairs. My guess is that the battery is dead, since with Win10 PCs the battery continues to be used even when the PC is turned off, and with some models, the PC will not start without the battery or with a dead battery.
We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.
