Laptop not turning on with power button and facing random shutdowns

My Pavilion is not turning on with Power button and I need to press Windows+H+Power Button to turn on and randomly shut downs itself. I have run all the Hardware Diagnosis and everything seems Okay Please help me out what should be the reason behind all this.

Having same issue. Tried the advice of power drain. Read multiple discussions you answered and they all end in a private message. Can I possibly get the info on that message to solve my problem?
