I have a fairly new HP that is not often used. Two weeks ago I did an update and turned it off. Today I try to use it again for the first time and it's not turning on. Only getting a red light flashing by the battery port. I googled and saw some video suggesting I take out the battery and testing it. Doesn't seem to be the batter but on the area that I believe is the data board there appears to be rust. Could this be my issue? I cleaned it off and it looks dark.
