Laptop will not work after BIOS update. Did system test and it failed with code U4M5VQ-94W9SA-GXGJ3G-C0BL03...Battery Check: Primary Replace (42). Holding down the Windows and B key doesn't work. Any other suggestions?

The battery has failed. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the replacement battery.
