I have an HP laptop that after normal daily use, I clicked on the power button after being on the charger, and only the power button indicator light showed up, with no Cap Locks code or anything showing up on the screen. When I plug a charger into it, the charge light turns on and charges the battery as it should. All of the USB ports work and all the Charge ports work (HP Port, USB-C port). Any suggestions on what I should do?

The LED in the screenshot appears to be white, and if it is solid white, not blinking, that means the battery is fully charged.
Sounds like the battery is not holding the charge.
Here's a document from HP about battery charging issues:

And Here's a video from HP Support about troubleshooting battery issues:

Sorry about that but the charging LED in the picture was amber and you might have not seen it properly, now it is a solid white but even with it fully charged and unplugged nothing is showing up on the screen, what should I do?

I did the troubleshooting video, and it did not do anything, the battery was in perfect working order before the laptop stopped turning on, I tested both the charging ports with 5 adapters and it did nothing but charge the battery like normal, It's just the laptop that is not showing anything on the screen even with it on, what do I do now?

You need to connect an external monitor to the laptop to see if it is generating a video signal.
If the monitor is blank also, that means the video chip has failed and that can not be replaced.
If the monitor display is OK, the means the screen had dies and while that can be replaced, it is usually more expensive that simply replacing the laptop. Since HP does not do these repairs, you would need to hunt down a local laptop repair shop to order the part and do the replacement.
