Laptop order severely delayed

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered my laptop mid-October 2020 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back due to hardware delays.  I think it’s outrageous that HP does not mention on their website that certain parts are backordered and to allow 2-4 months to receive or so, would be a lot more transparent. I am planning to cancel my order soon.  Please help HP!!!

Everything that can get shipped will be done.


There are so many breaks in the supply chain - world pandemic, busy holiday season, end of year repairs, vaccine transportation - so much getting in the way.


If you can wait, it will get there.


If you cannot wait and if you cancel, that might be a good choice in your situation.



What to do?


I am sorry the order is delayed.
