Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

Problem with  HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh0xxx, Serial number : 5CD0509DD4. Plugged in but not charging. I have tried other chargers and worked out that the problem is defiantly with the laptop rather than the charge lead. The laptop recognise its plugged in but the power percentage will no increase?

You're saying your laptop is running Windows 11, but this model came with Windows 10.  So how old is this laptop?
