I had my battery replaced and the computer worked well. Then after a few minutes, the power cut off. I don't mean it powered down or went to sleep, I mean the power cut off dead. Sometimes it lasts about half an hour, sometimes it lasts a minute. The battery is fully charged, the computer is plugged in, Windows is up to date, drivers are updated, everything Microsoft could think of on my last chat with them.
Has any one seen this and/or have an idea to try?
Thank you.
