Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-d010wm (ENERGY STAR)

Powers on and hp logo comes in the screen. Hp logo disappears and the screen turns black. This constantly repeats. If I hit esc on start up it takes me to start up menu but I have no idea what to do next. Laptop was working fine and factory reset it. During the process it got stuck on restarting screen and my girlfriend messed with bios. I have no idea what any of this is but I need my laptop for school and work. HELP PLEASE

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined sofware or technical error.
