Laptop powered off, won't power back on, no removable battery

Good morning - I was working on this laptop just fine this morning, it shut off and when I try to power it back on the power button just lights up and nothing happens. There is no removable battery that I can tell, I've tried holding the power button down, nothing happens. I've checked the outlet and the power cord. The power light where the cord is connected lights up, so I assume it's power issue of some kind. Does anyone know what I need to do? This is an HOA computer so pretty vital I get back up and running. Thank you for your help!

I understand that the laptop will not turn on.

Please perform the below steps and check for the issue.

Please remove all the peripherals connected to the computer, then shut down the computer if it is on and then press and hold the power button and F6 key for around 10 seconds.

If the issue still persists, perform the below steps.

Press the Windows key and then followed by the key "B" this time and then the power button for around 3-4 seconds, then release the power button and continue to hold windows+B for 3-4 seconds more.
