My laptop was returned from Flextronics after having first a new motherboard and windows install, then a new screen installed on a second return a couple of days later as the replacement motherboard had not solved the issue.. On this second repair where the screen was replaced I sent the mains charger with the laptop, but they have not returned the charger. I've complained to support via phone last Friday (.19th May 2023) and was told a replacement would be with me on Tuesday, which hasn't arrived, even though the case has been closed. I've raised it again. The person said they would send me the order number as confirmation which I've not recieved. All I can see is an open case but no other detail. Is there any way to ensure that I get the charger promptly?

My problem lies with HP Support, who I have been in contact on numerous occasions. Three phone calls, numerous hours on WhatsApp, and no resolution. I only want my property returned to me. The first call on the 19th May stated a new charger would be with me in 2 to 3 business days. Didn't happen and case number was raised by the support agent, leading me to believe that no action was taken on that occasion by HP support.

 

I made a further call made on 25th May, again promised a new charger but support agent said they would expedite the order. This time, the agent raised a case number. I was promised an e-mail concerning the order - did not happen. Spent more time on WhatsApp to get confirmation that they had placed an order, and that it would take 4 to 5 business days to get to me. I'm on day 4 now, waiting but not holding my breath. I have not received any communication from HP since,

 

As my property was sent to HP (Flextronics), surely the quickest way to resolve this would have been for HP to return my property.

 

My issue with HP Support is that I cannot see a log of all interactions with HP support by phone, nor of any actions taken by HP support. Also, there appears to be no way of escalating issues to a different level of management to ensure that problems are being addressed properly and timely.
