Product: Pavilion TouchSmart 10-e010sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I own a Pavilion 10-e010sa which will always run slowly and lag even on the Windows loading screen. This didn’t happen on any of my previous laptops even though I bought this one brand new only last year. Everything except this is fine about it, however the slowness really gets irritating, I’ve tried updating the BIOS, built in diagnostics, etc but nothing has worked

It has

  1. Slow CPU,
  2. Tiny RAM
  3. Slow HDD

With tiny RAM and slow HDD, the HDD itself could be spinning to dead.

 

What do you expect ? You older machines or other machines may be faster because they have better specs

I honestly only use it because it’s all I have at the moment - my 14-ce3501na has a dead fan and I have no money for a new laptop
