Product: HP Notebook - 15-r201tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Notebook - 15-r201tx Laptop's Keyboard only works in Boot configuration screen, BIOS and in safe mode, but not in normal mode (even after fresh Windows 10 installation). Tried reinstalling OS, deleted all partitions, re-stated the partitions, then installed OS again, but no go. It never works on Normal mode. Tried installing different OSs. Win7, win10 home, pro, enterprise. but keyboard never worked in normal mode. In safe mode, BIOS it works. Also the BIOS's 'Advanced' tab is missing. nothing worked. pressing A continuously, using Fn + Tab key 3 times. Ctrl + F10 key, nothing worked. please help.
