Hi @Vijay178

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Your laptop displaying www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup usually indicates a startup diagnostic error. This can happen due to a hard drive issue, BIOS corruption, or hardware failure.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Power off your laptop.
  • Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then turn on the laptop.

2. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Restart your laptop and press Esc repeatedly.
  • Select F2 for System Diagnostics.
  • Run tests on the hard drive, memory, and BIOS.

3. Check BIOS Settings

  • Restart your laptop and press F10 to enter BIOS.
  • Select Load Default Settings and save changes.
  • Restart the laptop.

4. Test Hard Drive Health

  • If the error persists, your hard drive may be failing.
  • Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to check for errors.

You can find more details on resolving startup errors here. Let me know how it goes, and I’ll be happy to assist further!
