Yesterday I used my laptop as usual,

And Upgraded the ram to 8GB and Storage to SSD

 

And, today I'm trying to Turn it on but Screen is not Showing up. Everything turns on, leds on Fans Are running at full speed , usb port also working, but screen is not turning on.

 

I also connected HDMI to monitor but there also no signal, Unusually Fans are really loud and running at full speed. 

Please Help me Asap, I'm really Worried

You said you upgraded your storage to an SSD.  So does that mean you replaced the HDD with an SSD? 

 

Did the PC boot OK yesterday after you did that?

 

Also, did it boot after changing the memory stick(s)?

I upgraded my storage from HDD to SSD...

Yes, my laptop does boot yesterday normally and I have also installed the official windows turn on it.

I have also updated all my drivers and everything but today it's not posting.
