Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce0501sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When left in hibernation the laptop will randomly just not come back on. It will be stuck on black screen while still running. It won't respond to anything so the only way to resolve it is to turn the computer off and back on. This happens frequently - any ideas how to fix this please?
