Product: Hp zbook 15 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During factory recovery, my laptop has indicated BIOSRECUTIL has stopped working, could anyone please tell me what that means and how to fix it? Thank you.

I guess you are going to have to do a clean installation of Window then.
