Product: Pavillion x360Convertable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is shuts down when I close the lid. I tried changing the setting in the power options and also doing system restore. It still shuts down. Please help.

This solution did not work for my HP Spectre. Laptop is still shutting down when closed. Any other solutions? I have been having this problem for about a month.

Hey, I found the solution for mine. After many days, I figured out the problem and it was caused by NVidea drivers. I suggest you reset your PC to factory settings as soon as possible as it may corrupt your windows. Feel free to contact in case you have further more issues
