Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I bought this new laptop just a week ago from Dubai and after I came back to my country, I opened and used it once. The windows asked for an update and after I went through it, my laptop doesn't even leave the screen from login to the pin enter page. Everytime I tap enter, it shines and acts like it is going to the pin enter page but doesn't. I am stuck with this. The laptop is brand new. The hp pavilion 14. Please help me fix thsi

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your notebook is stuck at the loading screen, I am glad to assist you.

Please attempt the below steps: 

Perform a hard reset 

Attempt a BIOS recovery 

  

You could attempt to access the safe mode: click here for details. 

The only other steps to resolve the issue would be to: 

Remove and reseat the memory modules 

To perform a recovery: Click here 

Please create a data backup prior to resetting windows
