Pavilion 15-ak000nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought this laptop 2 years ago as 2nd hand. All started yesterday when I start uninstalling handbrake(app), videoproc(app) and some private files. When I tried turning off my laptop, it just restarts to the lock screen. I did this a lot of times and I resorted to holding the power button to forcibly turn off the laptop. Then this nightmare appears when I turn on the laptop. The hp logo and and a please wait dailogue with a spinning dots underneath it. Then turns to the choosing the keyboard layout then it proceeds to the troubleshoot screen. When I tried to choose the recovery manager, I bacjed-up my files in case of hard-decisions later. But the system recovery button is in grey color, which is I cant click it. When I tried to choose the advanced options, the system restore says, "To use the System Restore, you must specify which windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore." When I tried startup repair, it couldnt repair my pc. When I tried unistalling some latest feature updates, they cant uninstall it. So what can I do? Hp pavilion 15-ak000nx 64-bit Windows 10 home
