HP Recommended

Hi, I have an HP 250 G3 Notebook and have experienced error code 0xc0000001 with the info "Afer multiple tries, the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be repaire." I have performed system and components tests and have all passed. This happened after I have downloaded a software to rip videos from CD. I do not have the windows installation disk as I have been using this laptop from 2016. Please help
