Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Did a firmware update and now the computer is stuck in an endless boot loop of "Please wait while we install a system update". Can't access the recovery console without getting caught in the loop again.

I understand that you are unable to update the windows update.

 

Please perform the below steps and check.

 

 

Please update the BIOS. then try to check for the windows update.

  1. Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available. For additional information visit Updating drivers and software with Windows update.

How am I suppose to update the BIOS if the laptop wouldn't start?
