HP Laptop - 15-ef0023dx30
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After getting System Fan warning (90B), I updated the BIOS to try to fix it. While the BIOS was updating, the laptop turned off. Now the power light is on but I only get a black screen. Is there any way of fixing or do I have to trash the laptop?

Hi:

Use another PC, get a USB flash drive and run the BIOS update file you used in an attempt to update the BIOS.

When you run the file, it should give you an option to make a bootable BIOS update utility for another PC.
