Product: Hp elitebook folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Laptop is repeatedly turning on for 1-2 seconds and shutting back off for a few seconds then turns back on for 1-2, then off again… on a never ending cycle. There is no time to press any “esc” for “f” buttons before it’s off again. Pressing and holding the power button, no matter how long, has zero effect, it just continues in this cycle. I have tried unplugging power and removing the battery for several minutes. When I replace the battery, the cycle just begins again as if nothing has changed. I’ve tried making sure none of the buttons are stuck.
How do I troubleshoot this when it won’t stay on long enough to press any keys?
