Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac123tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Notebook model 15-ac123tx turns off randomly only while charging.

I already checked the battery and charging adapter, all are working fine. Laptop works fine only when it runs on battery power.

But, laptop turns off randomly without any notification during charging.

There is no issue in charging, battery is keep on charging even when the laptop turn off suddenly.

 

What could be the issue?
