Product: Notebook HP 840 G5
I have a HP 840 G5 laptop, for a while now the laptop turns off by itself when the charger is connected, if I turn it off with the battery it restarts by itself, I started to realize this because when I left the computer without the charger OFF when I wanted to start it again it was completely discharged, I have tried all the solutions from disabling fast startup which was never active, YouTube videos come and go, startup options and power management in the Bios but everything seems to be correct, something I noticed was that the LAN port driver comes up with a warning symbol but I disabled the port and it still turns on by itself, help! 😅
