Laptop had loud fan sound at the beginning. I then accidentally deleted a folder, and search for file recovery option. However the laptop run for a while and shutdown. When it is power back on, a blue screen with language options comes up, I choose"US",then "Troubleshoot option".
Next screen, I did choose " System recovery, run computer checkup, file back up" but none of them make the PC back to normal operation.
Beside Troubleshooting, I tried "Advance options"which includes System restore, startup repair, go back to previous version, command prompt, system image recovery, uefi firmware settings, but still doesn't work.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

@Krystal83, Welcome to HP Support Community!
It looks like you deleted the recovery partition and some boot files. you can get cloud recovery if you have another computer.
Refer to the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 for help.
