Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop recently started freezing up, sometimes for about a couple seconds others up to ten minutes or so.

Did some troubleshooting online with no results. I even tried reloading Windows. I have removed programs, did virus and malware scans and nothing works. Any help would really be appreciated. Don't want to have to get a new pc.

Turn the printer ON, quickly press F2 to enter diagnostics and run the component test, starting with the HDD first.
