Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop will not boot  from the internal SSD drive, There is an error message that a boot disk cannot be found (Error 3FO). have been through all the suggested solutions to no avail and ended up creating a Windows10 USB  boot disk (via the Microsoft site). I have checked that the  BIOS is set to boot from a USB drive. When I turn the computer on all I get is the HP logo and no error message.  What to do?

Hi Irwin, I afraid that this doesn't work either. I get th same result as wiwhen I use the Microsoft tool to to create a bootable USB drive without going through the ISO step.  The drive is seen by the computer as a bootable USB. I try to boot. The HP logo appears and then nothing...........
