HP Recommended

I purchased my HP 15.6 laptop from Walmart 7/13/2023.  I dropped my laptop bag recently with my laptop in it..  The screen is black.  You can hear it booting up, with no screen life, just black.

You probably broke something inside the laptop when you dropped it -- and since that is considered "accidental damage" it is not covered by the HP warranty, thus HP will not service this for you.

 

You need to find a local laptop repair shop and take it to them.
