My laptop won't turn on. Anything I can do?

Hard Reset

Diagnostics

Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.  Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and then repeatedly press the ESC key and enter the diagnostic option page (F2 is diagnostics)

You can try this twice but if it does not turn on then there is a hardware problem.

What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11 from 10?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?

Any beep codes or blinking LEDs?
