Product: HP stream notebook 11-r014WM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
This happened after I tried to fix my laptop ....the option to clear TPM came up and I did so...my laptop started up as usual the log in page pops up and so I log in, but when I do it just says preparing windows for a while and then the black screen appears... Please help I have tried everything to my knowledge

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.
